TouchPoint Support Services at Ascension Saint Agnes in Baltimore is hiring immediately for part-time PATIENT SERVER positions. This role involves assisting with patient meals, tray assembly, delivery and pickup, and accommodating dietary needs in a hospital setting.

Starting pay is $16.15 per hour. The schedule is part-time with rotating weekends and shifts at 6:00 am and 7:30 pm; online applications are accepted only.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds and handle physical tasks.
• Proficient in basic computer use for hospital systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient food service on assigned units, including menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick-up, special requests and needs, and in-between meal food delivery.
• Exhibits a friendly, caring attitude to patients during menu selections and tray delivery.
• Maintains accurate patient information and follows safety and sanitation guidelines.
