Cloverkey is seeking a friendly, dependable Sales Associate for its hospital gift shop in Houston, TX. This part-time role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, achieving store sales goals, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

You will process transactions, assist hospital staff, volunteers, patients, and visitors, and uphold Cloverkey merchandising standards and infection control requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in gifts sales or similar field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers and providing personalized service.
• Meet store sales goals while contributing to overall store performance.
• Maintain an organized, clean gift shop reflecting Cloverkey standards and infection control requirements.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash, credit cards, payroll deductions, hospital charge accounts, and other approved payment methods.
• Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift, following cash handling procedures.
• Build positive relationships with hospital staff, volunteers, patients, and visitors while representing Cloverkey professionally.
• Assist daily store operations and uphold professional appearance standards.
