Cloverkey, a family-owned hospital gift shop supplier, seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales.

You will greet customers, process transactions, maintain an inviting shop environment, and support daily operations while representing Cloverkey with professionalism and care. Must be dependable, service-oriented, and able to work 2-3 days per week, with some weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in gifts sales or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math for transactions.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Effective time management to prioritize tasks.
• Strong sales skills with upsell capability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized service to drive sales.
• Meet store sales goals and support overall store performance.
• Maintain a clean, inviting gift shop reflecting Cloverkey standards and hospital requirements.
• Process transactions accurately and handle multiple payment methods.
• Balance cash drawers at shift start/end and report discrepancies.
• Represent Cloverkey professionally with hospital staff, volunteers, patients, and visitors.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and continuous improvement.
