Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in gifts sales or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver personalized service to encourage repeat visits.
• Meet store sales goals and contribute to overall store performance.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting gift shop reflecting Cloverkey standards and hospital infection prevention requirements.
• Process customer transactions and handle cash, cards, and approved payment methods.
• Balance and verify cash drawers at the start and end of each shift; report discrepancies as needed.
• Adhere to hospital onboarding and occupational health requirements as a condition of employment.
