Qualifications

• Previous experience in gifts sales or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to stand during scheduled shift.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers and providing personalized service.
• Meet store sales goals while contributing to overall performance.
• Maintain a clean, visually appealing gift shop reflecting Cloverkey standards and hospital infection prevention requirements.
• Process transactions accurately and balance cash drawers at shift start/end.
