Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana is seeking a part-time Hoosier Link Coordinator to support the Office of Recruitment, Admission, & Cohort Programs. The role involves handling inquiries, scheduling student appointments, coordinating events, and assisting with on-campus visits and FERPA compliance.
The position is hourly, up to 28 hours per week, with work hours Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Some evenings may be required, and benefits are available.
Hourly Rate: $15.75 Up to 28 hours per week within the work hours of Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, with some occasional evenings required.
Hoosier Link Coordinator supports the Office of Recruitment, Admission, & Cohort Programs by providing support for the general, day-to-day administrative, operational and clerical tasks as well as assisting with recruitment-related events and activities related to Hoosier Link and admissions events.
Other duties logically associated with this position may be assigned. Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure or stressful situations and effectively manage multiple competing priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, across phone, email, and in-person. Demonstrated organizational and customer service skills. Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Ability and willingness to build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and supervisors and support the College’s mission and strategic plan initiatives.
