Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to guide students from application through the early weeks of their first semester. You will coach new admits, assist with advising and registration, and connect students to campus resources to support persistence and degree progress.

The Enrollment Specialist (ES) provides support for students as they navigate the college system from application through the first several weeks of their first semester. Emphasis is placed on guiding newly admitted students through enrollment steps, course registration, and initial engagement to promote first-semester success. The ES helps students identify challenges, define goals, and access campus and community resources to foster persistence. This role requires proficiency in processes related to assessment, first-semester advising, registration, financial aid, and business support services. Participate in training, education, and professional development activities as necessary to stay current with the skills and knowledge required to perform the duties of the job.
