Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking Homemakers in Columbus, OH to support patients at home, helping with light housekeeping, meals, errands, and personal care while promoting independence and dignity.

You will provide companionship, maintain a clean, safe home, and communicate changes to the nursing team. Flexible scheduling is available, with visits during daytime hours and daily pay options. Eligible applicants may have six months of caregiving experience.

As a Homemaker, you will be called to care when you're needed most. As part of Interim HealthCare, you'll help patients maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment while providing support that promotes their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

• Flexible scheduling with visits available Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. You do not need to be available for the entire timeframe; schedules can vary within these hours based on your availability and patient needs.

As a Homemaker, you will:

• Assist patients with everyday household needs, including light housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment.

To qualify for a Homemaker position with us, you will need:

• Six (6) months of verifiable experience assisting with personal care, housekeeping, cleaning, or providing hands‑on caregiving.
• Attention to detail and the ability to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Reliable transportation to and from patient homes.
• Valid Driver's License and current Auto Insurance are required.
