Job summary

Best Buy’s Geek Squad Installation Helper supports a team of Agents in delivering, installing, repairing and hauling away consumer electronics for customers’ homes. You’ll assist with integration and networking of devices while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

You’ll advise on product placement, work solo or with a partner, and help manage inventory, paperwork and payments, while engaging in training opportunities with store teams.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds alone or 150 pounds with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless client experience by advising on product placement and giving recommendations regarding product, service and content.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other agents.
• Process paperwork and payment.
• Provide feedback and training opportunities to the store teams and complete in-store repairs.
