Job summary

Best Buy’s Geek Squad Installation Helper will join a team to assist with delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of consumer electronics at customers' homes. You will advise on product placement, work solo or in a pair, and help with inventory, paperwork and payments.

This role supports store teams, participates in in-store repairs, and is part of a customer-focused service plan. Part-time schedules and benefits are provided, with an emphasis on reliable, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds alone or 150 pounds with a team.
• Part-time availability.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on product placement and offerings.
• Work independently or with a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance with other agents.
• Process paperwork and payments.
• Provide feedback and training and assist in-store repairs.
