Iowa Home Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Part-Time Home Health Wound Care Nurse. You will perform wound assessments, treatments, and ongoing clinical oversight in patients' homes, collaborating with physicians, families, and the care team.

The ideal candidate has an Iowa RN license, at least one year of nursing experience, and strong assessment and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent clinical documentation ability.
• Ability to work independently in home-health settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop care plans.
• Treat wounds and monitor healing progress per physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention.
• Coordinate with physicians and care team; document in EMR.
• Complete Start of Care, Recertification, and Discharge assessments.
