Job summary

Arizona Home Care is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to carry a caseload of home health patients across the Valley and deliver skilled, patient-centered care from start of care through discharge.

Schedule features 3 shifts per week (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon) with visits 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Training is 4–5 days per week before field work, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license.
• Home health and/or home infusion experience preferred; wound care and infusion therapy experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Medicare/OASIS documentation preferred.
• CPR/BLS and First Aid certifications.
• Valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Negative TB test on hire and annually thereafter.
• Proficiency with EMRs and point-of-care charting.
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills; ability to work independently and be self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing visits, including wound care and IV therapy.
• Carry a caseload of home health patients from start of care through discharge.
• Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatments, medications, and safety.
• Complete EMR documentation and support discharge planning.
• Participate in required trainings and case conferences.
