Elara Caring is hiring a Registered Nurse Home Health in Blue Ash, OH for part-time duties. The RN will assess patients, complete initial and ongoing assessments, deliver nursing care per plan, and monitor conditions while upholding HIPAA privacy.

You will educate families, report changes, and travel between patient homes using a vehicle provided or mileage reimbursement. Requires active RN license and at least 1 year of clinical experience; home health experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, and travel between patient homes.

Mansioni

• Assess patients to determine care needs.
• Complete initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Protect patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA.
• Provide nursing care according to plan of care and physician orders.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Educate patients and families on care and safety.
