Job summary

MSA Home Health in Aiken, SC seeks a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home care. You will implement therapy plans, educate patients and families, and coordinate with the care team to improve function and independence.

The role requires SC OT licensure, at least 1 year of OT experience (home health preferred), and reliable transportation to serve Aiken/Barnwell areas. Part-Time/PRN position with competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of South Carolina.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical OT experience, home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services per physician’s plan of care.
• Implement interventions to restore daily function and independence.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on strategies for daily activities, transfers, positioning.
• Coordinate care with other health professionals for continuity and outcomes.
• Document patient progress and submit records within 24 hours of visits.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and home health best practices.
