PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Aiken is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our inpatient team. The OT will provide direct patient care and develop tailored treatment plans for a diverse patient population.

Candidates should be licensed as an OT in the applicable state, with current BLS certification; inpatient hospital experience preferred and a commitment to learning within PAM Health System.

Qualifications

• Licensed as Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care.
• Plan and implement specific treatment programs in an age-appropriate manner.
• Contribute to development of therapy services and adapt to needs across PAM Health System.

The Occupational Therapist will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs in an age appropriate manner for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy in the PAM Health System. The Occupational Therapist will additionally be involved in the further development of the services. The Occupational Therapist must be flexible to meet the needs of the System within many different facilities. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

• Education and Training: Licensed as OT in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One (1) year of clinical experience preferred.
