Job summary

MSA Home Health, a division of Medical Services of America, seeks a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to serve Seneca and Anderson, SC. You will provide skilled OT services in patients' homes, promoting independence and quality of life through individualized treatment plans.

Licensed OT in South Carolina with at least 1 year of clinical experience is required; home health experience is strongly preferred. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in South Carolina required or eligible.
• Minimum 1 year of OT clinical experience; home health experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills; patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled OT services per physician's plan of care.
• Implement interventions to restore daily function and independence.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on daily activity strategies and safe transfers.
• Coordinate care with healthcare professionals for continuity and outcomes.
• Document patient progress and submit records within 24 hours of visit.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and home health best practices.
