Rehab Solutions in Cypress/Tomball, TX is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist for a part-time home health role delivering OT services in clients' homes. You will evaluate needs and implement treatment plans on a flexible schedule that fits your lifestyle.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, designing personalized plans, family education, documentation, and advocacy to access community resources.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Texas state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license-eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to lift and assist patients and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
• Create personalized treatment plans and educate clients and families on daily activities and adaptations.
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Advocate for clients and help access community resources and accommodations.
