BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a part-time Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide in-home rehabilitation to adult and geriatric patients in Fall River, MA and surrounding areas.

The OT will perform assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with the care team to enable patients to live safely at home. Competitive pay begins at $65+ per visit with a flexible schedule and emphasis on work-life balance.

Formación

• Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required.
• Minimum of one year of recent OT experience preferred.
• Home health experience not required.

Responsabilidades

• Make home visits to clients in Fall River and surrounding towns.
• Perform thorough functional evaluations including ADLs, IADLs, coordination and safety.
• Develop and revise individualized intervention plans to improve outcomes.
