Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and ongoing patient assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and home safety.
• Assess the need for adaptive equipment and home modifications.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the care team.
