Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist to deliver therapy services in home settings. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, educating patients and caregivers, and monitoring progress towards goals.

The successful candidate will have a valid Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts, complete an accredited OT program, and be eligible for or have completed the NBCOT exam. This is a part-time position with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Completion of accredited Occupational Therapy education program.
• Eligible for or have completed NBCOT certification exam.

Responsibilities

• Implement OT services as per physician's treatment plan.
• Conduct evaluations and assist in care plan development.
• Educate clients and caregivers about therapy and devices.
• Maintain accurate client care progress records.
