Job summary

Aspire Home Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide in-home care to clients in the Redding area. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and companionship under supervision of a licensed professional.

We value dependable, patient, and professional caregivers with a valid California driver’s license and CPR (or willingness to obtain). Flexible schedule and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred.
• Caregiving experience strongly preferred.
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background screening and references.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide mobility support, transfers, and ambulation assistance.
• Support light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain documentation of services per agency policy.
