Job summary

Home Care Network, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA incl. STNA, CNA, PCA, or DoDD DSP) to provide in-home care in Covington, Ohio and surrounding areas. You will work approximately 28 hours per week with weekday/weekend shifts (2pm–6pm).

You’ll deliver direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and document care plans under supervision of a Registered Nurse or Therapist. Travel is required within the assigned radius.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year of verifiable home care or caregiving experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred or obtained before hire.
• Willingness to travel to client homes daily within a travel radius.
• Pass written skills test and/or competency evaluation.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care following the plan of care.
• Measure and record vital signs and monitor patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living and light housekeeping.
• Document notes and communicate with the agency about client status.
