Job summary

Home Care Network, Inc. is seeking experienced Home Health Aides (STNA, CNA, HHA, PCA) to support clients throughout Jackson County, OH and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care, ADL assistance, and light housekeeping, while maintaining accurate electronic documentation and following a written Plan of Care.

Travel within a 30-minute radius is required and broader travel is highly desired. The role offers weekday daytime shifts with 10–30 hours to start and potential for 40+ hours per

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year paid in-home care or caregiving experience.
• STNAs and CNAs highly desired (or HHA/PCA with 3+ years consistent experience).
• Active CPR and FA certification and documentation of both.
• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation to all scheduled visits and consistent scheduling availability.
• Consent and ability to pass a State & Federal background check (including fingerprints).

Responsibilities

• Personal care, hygiene, and ADL assistance.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Pro-active observation and accurate electronic documentation.
• Follow a written Plan of Care and support client independence and safety.
• Maintain professional, compassionate conduct with clients, families and colleagues.
