Qualifications

• Active CNA or STNA certification with 1+ year paid experience.
• Or Active DSP Certification from Ohio DODD with 1+ year care for persons with disabilities.
• Or +2 years of paid home health experience for HHA or PCA without certification.
• Additional certifications (medication certs, Hoyer lift, disease-state care) are highly desirable but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care under RN or Therapist supervision in patients' homes.
• Follow established plan of care and document observations and vitals.
• Assist with activities of daily living and light housekeeping needs.
• Administer medications under supervision and report changes promptly.
• Travel to client homes within your assigned geographic area as needed.
