Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking Home Health Aides to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities while helping clients engage with the community to grow personal goals outside the home.

Flexible schedules and part- or full-time positions are available. Paid training and a weekly pay structure are included, with a virtual interview process and benefit opportunities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Reliable transportation to assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home health assistance in clients' homes.
• Support and encourage recipients with skill-building activities.
• Assist clients to participate in community activities to reach goals.
• Work in accordance with care plans and document progress.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
