Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking a reliable Home Health Aide to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, providing support, encouragement, and helping with skill-building activities, and accompanying clients into the community to grow personal goals.

Full and part-time positions are available, with paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process to join a caring team dedicated to making a difference in recipients' lives.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home health support.
• Assist with skill-building activities and personal care as needed.
• Accompany clients to community activities to meet goals.
• Follow care plans and document progress in client records.
