Job summary

Mass General Brigham Home Care, Inc. is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (24 hours) to join the Minuteman team, covering Framingham and Waltham with support for additional towns.

RNs act as case managers, delivering skilled nursing and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality home-based services. The role emphasizes autonomy, clinical expertise, and compassionate care in community-based settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Current Massachusetts license as Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience in acute care; home care preferred.
• Travel within MGB Home Care geographic area.
• Proficiency with hand-held patient care devices preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as a case manager overseeing the full plan of care.
• Collaborate with LPNs, therapists, and social workers.
• Complete 5–6 patient visits per day plus documentation and chart review.
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education in home settings.
