Job summary

Mass General Brigham Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Beantown team providing in-home care across Boston, Cambridge, Charlestown and surrounding neighborhoods.

You’ll manage patient visits within a focused service area, with 20 hours per week, daytime shifts, and autonomy to plan your schedule while staying closely connected to a strong care team. Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an approved School of Nursing.
• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• At least 1 year of acute care nursing experience; home care preferred.
• Proficient with clinical software and handheld devices.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and travel within the MGB area.
• Collaborative interdisciplinary team player.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient assessments and admissions.
• Provide skilled nursing care, education, and treatment.
