Job summary

Family Pride Private Home Care is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical oversight for clients receiving personal care services from our CNAs throughout Rhode Island.

The schedule is flexible and can be arranged around your existing work commitments, offering a small but steady additional income with roughly 4–10 hours per week on a self-scheduled basis. Compensation is $40.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Rhode Island RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
• Reliable transportation and travel within Rhode Island.
• Home care/geriatrics experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial nursing assessments for new clients.
• Develop and document plans of care.
• Perform quarterly supervisory visits/assessments for clients receiving personal care from CNAs.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of personal care services.
• Assess client status and update plans of care as needed.
• Review CNA performance and ensure care per plan.
• Communicate changes to care management team.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and promptly.
• Ensure services comply with Rhode Island home care requirements.
