CBC Home Care in Woonsocket, RI is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home care team, offering a flexible Part-Time / Full-Time schedule and a bi-weekly rotating shift from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

You will assess patient needs, develop plans of care, coordinate with physicians and families, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality home care while maintaining licensure and meeting state requirements.

Formación

• Accredited and current RN license in the state.
• BSN or ADN required.
• Home care or direct patient care experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years nursing experience.
• Minimum of one year supervisory nursing experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Annual TB tests and state health exams required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments for home care.
• Develop and revise personalized plans of care.
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and staff to ensure care plans.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with CBC Home Care standards.
• Provide supervision and guidance to nursing staff as needed.
• Maintain licensure and comply with state regulations.
