Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Special Care Aide in Lawton, OK to provide compassionate in‑home care. The role supports the elderly and disabled, following care plans and delivering essential services in patients’ homes.

You will report to the Care Team Supervisor and help patients maintain independence with dignity. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, reliability, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience providing care to the elderly and/or disabled in the home or a health care setting preferred.
• Good communication, compassionate, dependable, organized, and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Provide in‑home care to elderly or disabled patients.
• Follow care plans and report to the Care Team Supervisor.
• Maintain safety and document care activities as required.
