Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Special Care Aide to provide compassionate in-home support for patients in Elk City, OK and surrounding areas. This part-time role focuses on assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and basic health monitoring, under the guidance of the Care Team Supervisor.

You will report to the Care Team Supervisor and contribute to a patient-centered care plan, ensuring comfort, safety, and independence for clients at home.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience providing care to the elderly or disabled.
• Good communication and reliable teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities as directed.
• Follow care plans and report any changes to supervisors.
• Assist with mobility, hygiene, and medication reminders as needed.
