Elara Caring in Oklahoma is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients at home. You'll assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, meals, and daily living tasks, while upholding safety, dignity, and companionship.

This role offers flexible scheduling, daily pay options, paid training, and a supportive team. Prior caregiving experience preferred; HS diploma or GED preferred; reliable transportation is important.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred (professional or personal).
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable)
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client
