Job summary

Assisting Hands of Orland Park is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver to provide compassionate custodial and personal care services to clients in their homes. You will follow the Care Manager's guidance and each client's Plan of Care to help ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment while supporting independence.

This part-time role offers flexible, 24/7 scheduling based on client needs and your availability, plus training and development opportunities and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of care experience preferred in home or long-term settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment.
• Assist with daily personal care activities and mobility.
• Support with meals and nutritional needs per care plan.
• Monitor health and report changes to Care Manager.
• Assist with mobility aids and prescribed exercises.
• Follow infection control protocols per CDC guidelines.
