Job summary

The History Department at William & Mary invites applications for a pool of qualified individuals to fill possible part‑time adjunct teaching appointments for the current academic year.

Responsibilities include teaching assigned courses, preparing syllabi, delivering instruction, evaluating student learning, and supporting students with office hours. A Master’s degree in History or related field is required; Ph.D. preferred or ABD status.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in History or related field is required.
• Teaching expertise in specialized areas of history is required.
• Ability to teach courses with primary source analysis and historiography discussion.

Responsibilities
