Required qualifications include a Master’s degree with 18 graduate credits and prior teaching experience at a US higher education institution.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with a minimum of 18 graduate-level credits in the field of the proposed course of instruction, or equivalent experience and qualifications.
• Previous experience teaching at a US higher education institution.

Responsibilities

• Teaching assigned undergraduate courses
• Preparing syllabi and course materials in accordance with academic unit, CAS, and university curricular policies and practices
• Delivering instruction via modalities designated in the final contract
• Providing structured assessments of student learning that correspond to course learning objectives and syllabus policies
• Holding office hours
• Engage in consistent communication with the Washington Center staff regarding student attendance, participation, and well‑being
