Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the teaching discipline or a related field
• Prior teaching experience in higher education, adult education, or related settings
• Experience working with adult or non-traditional students
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to teach in flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
• Experience teaching blended, hybrid, and online classes are a plus

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses in accordance with established curriculum and academic standards
• Facilitate engaging, student-centered learning experiences for adult learners
• Provide clear course expectations, timely feedback, and fair assessment of student performance
• Maintain regular communication with students and respond promptly to questions or concerns
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and supportive classroom environment
• Submit required documentation in a timely manner
• Participate in departmental meetings or training sessions
• Other duties as assigned
