Qualifications

• Master’s in dance, physical education with a dance emphasis, or theater with dance emphasis, OR
• Bachelor’s in any of the above AND Master’s in physical education, life science, physiology, theater arts, kinesiology, humanities, performing arts or music
• OR the equivalent

Responsibilities

• Commitment to serving the needs of the student, department, college, and community.
• Teach Hip Hop Dance History as part of the Dance 19 course (3 units).
• Develop curriculum and contribute to program growth.
• Engage diverse student populations with inclusive teaching practices.
• Collaborate with faculty across disciplines and participate in governance activities.
