• Basic familiarity with wine varietals and classic regions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all beverages for guests and venue servers with professionalism.
• Presents menus, answers questions, and makes beverage recommendations.
• Accurately enter all orders into the POS system and handle payments.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and organize liquor displays and par levels.
• Adheres to health, safety, and sanitation standards and alcohol policies.
