Study Smart Tutors in Washington, DC seeks a Part-Time High School Algebra and Geometry Tutor to support students in Geometry, Algebra 1 and Algebra 2. Responsabilités

• Taught Geometry, Algebra 1, and Algebra 2.
• Provide tutoring support to small and large groups of students.
• Have access to class assignment information to guide tutoring.
• Adapt to new materials and teaching strategies.
• Maintain consistent communication with Study Smart staff.

• Subjects to be taught: Geometry, Algebra 1, & Algebra 2
• Provide tutoring support to small and large groups of students.
• Tutors will have access to information about class assignments
• Adapt to new materials and teaching strategies
• Maintain consistent communication with Study Smart staff
• Partner with Study Smart Tutor's Education team to provide comprehensive learning strategies to all students

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST hold a completed 4-year degree
• Teaching or tutoring experience is strongly desired
• In-person availability is required
• Scheduled hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6:40 AM to 9:55 AM EST
• Complete and pass a background check, which may include fingerprinting based on location.
