Job summary

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with high school students to implement individualized academic plans.
• Provide academic skill-building across organization, time management, study strategies, planning, prioritization, and follow-through.
• Support students with homework, projects, test preparation, and subject-specific coursework.
• Help students develop stronger executive functioning skills and greater independence as learners.
• Track progress, maintain session notes, and participate in case reviews and staff meetings.
• Collaborate with instructional team to ensure consistent, comprehensive support.
