Job summary

Freudigman & Billings in Westport, CT, is hiring a test-prep coach to work with students in a center-based environment. The role emphasizes helping students improve SAT/ACT performance through targeted strategies and personalized plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use computers and learning platforms effectively.

Responsibilities

• Meet with a cohort of students one on one to teach test prep skills +/-25 hours per week.
• Collaborate with the Director of Test Prep to generate and execute plans for each student.
• Attend client-specific case review meetings.
• Assist in developing Test Prep curriculum and materials.
• Interact with instructors from multiple departments.
• Full-time candidates may be asked to work one weekend day; typical hours 11:30am–8pm Mon–Thu, and 11am–7:30pm on Sundays.
