Ozarks Technical Community College is seeking a Part-time Help Desk Technician in the Information Technology department to support faculty, students, and staff with technical issues via phone, email, chat or in person. The position is non-exempt and part-time, not to exceed 19.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities include software/hardware installation, first-level problem resolution, ticket entry, and maintaining lab equipment and IT media.
