Job summary

WM is seeking a Part Time Hospital Services Technician to travel between healthcare facilities in Kerrville and the Fredericksburg area, performing on-site waste container collection and exchanges for WM Healthcare Solutions programs. The role requires interaction with customer staff and adherence to schedules during day shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires on-site presence at WMHS customer locations and compliance with mandatory immunization requirements.
• 2 years industry-related experience in a customer service capacity preferred, or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Travels between customer healthcare facilities to collect and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs and services.
• Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to meet or exceed service expectations.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicates duty status on a defined schedule.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
