Allied Universal in West Hills, CA is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Healthcare Security Guard to safeguard patients, staff, and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, respond calmly to emergencies, and document incidents with accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver’s license and at least one year of security experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and applicants will undergo background checks and drug screening as part of employment.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of labs, offices, parking, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity following site procedures.
• Complete incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity documentation.
