Job summary

Tarian Group is seeking a part-time Security Officer to provide direct security and related public services in a hospital setting in Texas. You will help safeguard patients, staff, and visitors, while upholding safety standards under the client’s culture and values.

Responsibilities include maintaining security, supervising at-risk patients, and performing related duties as assigned. A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required; a high school diploma or GED is required, with

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
• Completed High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications
• Strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift, move or lift objects up to 80 lbs., help restrain or lift a person
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Tarian's company driving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles).

Responsibilities

• Maintain hospital security and safety for staff, patients and visitors as a visible deterrent to illicit activities
• Provide supervision for at-risk patients in the hospital environment
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
