Job summary

Tarian Group is seeking dedicated Healthcare Security Officers to protect patients, staff and visitors across hospital campuses. You will patrol, monitor access and assist customers while upholding safety standards and client expectations.

A Texas Guard Card is required, along with a pre-employment background check and drug screen. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
• Strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire shift, move or lift objects up to 80 lbs., help restrain or lift a person.
• Must be able to meet driving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles).
• Employment verification through our background vendor may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the security and safety of the hospital, its staff, and its patients and visitors; serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activities on hospital property.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
