Tarian Group seeks Healthcare Security Officers to protect the hospital, staff, patients, and visitors while upholding safety and security standards. You will serve as a visible deterrent to criminal activity on hospital property and provide supervision for at-risk individuals in certain settings.

Full-time positions include on-the-job training, a range of benefits, and career paths. A Texas Guard Card is required, with driving roles needing a valid license and adherence to company driving

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain licenses or certifications.
• Strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift, move or lift objects up to 80 lbs., help restrain or lift a person.

• Hospital security and safety for staff, patients and visitors; act as a visible deterrent to illegal activities on hospital property.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
