Job summary

Carolinas College of Health Sciences is seeking an Adjunct Communication Instructor for the Early College program in Charlotte. The role focuses on delivering engaging classroom instruction and mentoring students within a healthcare education setting.

Responsibilities include employing diverse teaching methods, evaluating courses and student outcomes, and collaborating with the Program Chair to develop syllabi.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted valid license, certification and/or registration issued by the appropriate administrative body.
• Master's degree in Communication or another discipline with 18 graduate hours in Communication.

Responsibilities

• Implements current, traditional, and innovative teaching methodologies in class settings to meet course learning outcomes.
• Participates in comprehensive evaluation of courses, students, program curriculum, and clinical units.
• Provides individual student conferences/instruction as needed and develops syllabi and courses with the Program Chair.

Education
