Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and screening procedures within scope of practice
• Carry Realty Partners Group's Salinas caseload while mentoring newer grads
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care
• Anticipate instrument needs during NIHSS Certification cases with organized trays
• Recognize and translate care plans into daily tasks for the nursing team on a part-time schedule
